We currently have three Notary Publics available for our clients
needs. They are Yvonne Kent, Mary Mortimer and Mike Siglin. If you require the services of a Notary Public, please feel
free to contact any of these individuals.
Mike Siglin recently attended the DAKCS summer conference in Salt Lake City,
Utah. At the conference, Mike received updates as they relate to our collection software. He also met with various vendors
and we have begun to implement the use of some new products. They include but are not limited to: E-oscar - internet based
updating of consumer disputes; FTP or File Transfer Protocol to All Major Credit Reporting Agencies (Experian, Trans Union,
Equifax and Innovis). We recently subscribed to Accurint as an additional "skip tracing" tool. Over the next few months,
we will be updating our system with additional modules that will allow us to stay ahead of the curve as it relates to medical
collections.
In June, we upgraded and installed a new server and firewall. The system offers more features and upgraded
security for data protection.
